OUR CURRENT POLICIES

Awareness of our policies will ensure for a great time for all.

LeFleur Limousines is dedicated to serving you with nothing but true excellence. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and can arrange vehicle preview appointments upon request. We also recommend that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible to ensure availability on your desired date.

CANCELLATIONS

If a trip is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the service date, half of the total amount is due. Cancellations occurring 24 hours or less prior to service time require payment in full.

SEASONAL RATES

Because of the popularity and heightened demand for our vehicles on holidays, local events, and prom season, we require a
4-hour minimum for prom and a 6-hour minimum for holidays (New Years, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mistletoe Market  Place, etc.)

AIRPORT DELAYS

In order to avoid extra hourly charges, please notify us if your flight will be significantly delayed!

POSSIBLE ANCILLARY CHARGES

  • Vehicle cleanup due to intoxication: $250
  • Vehicle damage: (based on repair cost)
  • Late Payment Fee (payment made after 24 hours from trip completion): $25/day

HOURS OF OPERATION

Our phones are answered between
7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. We understand last minute situations happen. If you call outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will do everything we can to assist in a timely manner.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept all credit cards.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

 A minimum fee will be charged for airport transfers, regardless of the hourly calculation, as listed below: 

  • before 7 AM or after 9 PM – $155.25
  • between 7 AM and 9 PM – $124.20
