SPECIAL EVENT RESERVATIONS

• The driver can make multiple stops between the pickup and drop-off locations. 
• While you can make unlimited stops, you should consider this factor when making your reservation. Additional stops take extra time when traveling to and from your destination. 
• Your rate quote and reservation are based on a specific pickup and drop-off time. Depending on the availability of the vehicle, we may be able to accommodate a later drop-off. If we can accommodate a later drop-off on the day of the trip, additional charges will apply.

We may be able to accommodate this request, depending on availability. This option should not be a factor when you are planning your evening.

• Minors may not consume any alcohol, use drugs, or vape while in our vehicles.
•  Lefleur Limousine Service, Inc., has the right to terminate any ride if minors under the age of 21 use or consume any of the items listed above. These behaviors are strictly prohibited by law and our company’s policies. 
• If evidence of illegal drugs, alcohol, or weapons are found in a vehicle or passenger bus during the rental, the trip will be terminated without a refund. Parents or legal guardians will be contacted to pick up their minor(s) if this policy is violated.

No, there are no limits on travel distance within the pickup and drop-off times listed on the reservation.

Our driver will only stay on site if the reservation is a drop-off and pickup reservation.

There will be a $200.00 charge for leaving excessive trash, food, or liquid spills. 

There will be an additional $200.00 cleaning charge for any vomit or an unreasonable amount of glitter left in the vehicle.

• Passengers are expected to treat the driver respectably. No cursing or threatening behavior toward a driver will be tolerated.
• Passengers are not allowed to hang out of the windows or conduct themselves in an unruly manner while in the vehicle or bus. 
• The driver has the right to terminate the trip if the passengers are acting unruly or in an unsafe manner.
