LeFleur Limousines is dedicated to serving you with nothing but true excellence. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and can arrange vehicle preview appointments upon request. We also recommend that you make your reservation as far in advance as possible to ensure availability on your desired date.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept all major credit cards.
The total estimated trip cost will be charged to the card on file 24 hours before your scheduled reservation. Any necessary adjustments will be made after trip completion.
*Adjustments will not reduce the charge below the minimum booking requirement.
SEASONAL RATES
Because of the popularity and heightened demand for our vehicles on holidays, local events, and prom season, we require a
4-hour minimum for prom and a 6-hour minimum for holidays (New Years, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mistletoe Market Place, etc.)
CANCELLATIONS
If a trip is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the service date, half of the total amount is due. Cancellations occurring 24 hours or less prior to service time require payment in full.
POSSIBLE ANCILLARY CHARGES
- Vehicle Cleanup Fee: $250
Riders will be charged this fee if they cause interior damage to the vehicle due to incidents such as vomiting, food spills, or other excessive messes. - Vehicle Damage Fee: Based on repair cost.
- Late Payment Fee: $25/day This will be charged for payments made more than
24 hours after trip completion.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
A minimum fee will be charged for airport transfers, regardless of the hourly calculation, as listed below:
- before 7 AM or after 9 PM – $155.25
- between 7 AM and 9 PM – $124.20
AIRPORT DELAYS
In order to avoid extra hourly charges, please notify us if your flight will be significantly delayed!
HOURS OF OPERATION
Our phones are answered between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. We understand last minute situations happen. If you call outside of these hours, please leave a message and we will do everything we can to assist in a timely manner.
